  • Base Build Cost + Site Specific Cost = Construction Cost


    During the Concept Phase, we estimate a base build cost of $5,000 per square metre, excluding any site-specific requirements.

  • Once your design is finalised and permits are in place, the prefab components are manufactured and delivered within 12–16 weeks. On-site assembly typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

  • A passive prefab home is a certified energy-efficient home designed to maximise comfort and minimise energy consumption. Our homes meet stringent passive house standards through high-performance insulation, airtight construction, and the strategic placement of windows and shading.   • Yes, our homes can be built to comply with BAL-29, ensuring they meet the necessary safety standards for bushfire-prone locations. If higher compliance levels, such as BAL-40, are required, please contact us to discuss custom options.
